We would like to ask you to please read the following information regarding reservations when using Happy Consciousness (hereafter referred to as "our salon"). If you are a first-time customer, please take a moment to review the information regarding reservations.

Our salon does not allow the following persons to use our salon.

  • Those who behave in a manner that is disruptive or dangerous to other customers.
  • Other persons who are deemed unsuitable to use our salon.

Reservations

Our salon is by appointment only. Please make reservations in advance by filling out the reservation form on our salon's website, by SNS, by phone, or by visiting our salon.
Same-day reservations and use of the room are subject to availability.

If you are menstruating, have high blood pressure, are unwell, have allergies, are seeing a doctor, are taking medication, have consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or are nursing, please inform us at the time of your appointment.
There may be cases where our salon's technology is not available.

Please contact us during business hours the day before to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations or changes to reservations made after that time will be considered as if the scheduled technology had been performed. We ask for your understanding in advance.

About the day of reservation

Please come to the reception desk at the time of your appointment. Please note that if you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment.

We will conduct a brief questionnaire and counseling beforehand. Please consult us if you have any questions.

Please understand that after counseling, we may not be able to accept your request for technical details depending on the judgment of the store staff in order to prevent accidents.

Requests in the salon

In order to ensure that you have a pleasant experience, we ask for your cooperation in the following matters.

Please notify the store staff immediately if you feel unwell during the technique. Please refrain from any behavior that may interfere with the techniques of other customers.

  • Please refrain from talking on cell phones.
