At first, I was more interested in what it would be like, but it was good to be able to see my own body on the screen and see what was wrong with my internal organs, skeletal structure, and muscles.
I could feel that my physical condition would improve if my vibrations became higher.
I feel that today's menu was much needed, especially since I've been feeling the importance of detoxification lately.
Hopefully, it would be a little closer to my area, but if I feel better, I will come back again.
